At ODL, we offer two tiers of service to try and match the specific needs of a varied client base. Some clients require cost-effective, reliable and quality restorative options to suit patients who are significantly more price sensitive. Some of our clients would like to differentiate their dental clinics from competitors by offering very fast turnarounds on their restorative services. And we also cater to a premium high-end service catering to the most bespoke requirements.

We have broken these tiers of service down to;

There are a few differences in the way we go about fabricating these different tiers of service, however all materials are identical, TGA registered, and all processes are strictly controlled. The fundamental difference is time and batch size.

Our Rapid range is designed to reduce turnaround times utilising some clever technology in lab and different manufacturing streams from our Value range.  We are able to cater to different patients needs on different budgets.

Over time we found more often than not our clients preferred us to tailor our Value product line to their needs, largely incentivised by the significant cost-saving and consistent quality. Every now and then clients require a case for a patient that has need for urgent turnarounds, which is why we developed our Rapid turn around service. We are fortunate that our own internal cost structure allows us to invest in high quality systems and procedures, where local laboratories may not always be able to justify such investment. use the same materials that you would find in many local high-end laboratories.  We are compliant under ADA and TGA requirements and we are an insured service provider.
